Hergosan – Spanish Iberico Acorns-Fed Secreto (Fore Loin) Frozen

Iberian breed pigs have higher protein content. Bellota Iberico, the premium ham fed with acorns, is rich in calcium and phosphorus, also contains vitamins B1, B2, and iron, a higher proportion of unsaturated fats, and lower cholesterol than chicken or turkey.

Secreto (Fore Loin) is located between the scapula and the waist. Simply grilled can be very delicious. Just to cook on high heat, the fat outside melts, the meat is still juicy with crispy appearance.
