100% Tempranillo.

This is a highly-concentrated, dark cherry-red wine.   A lively, strong nose, licorice and leather aromas, with hints of black pepper. It keeps the essentials aromas of compote fruit.  Balance between its pleasant tannins and its acidity. It shows a full body with an elegant finish. It lasts long on the palate with a distinctive silkiness.  This wine pairs well with red meats such as roasted lamb, beef cutlets and sausages.
