Spanish Giant Scarlet Shrimp
Ingredients:
1. Spanish Giant Scarlet Shrimp – size 0: about 6-8 pieces in a box
2. Adequate amount of olive oil and sake
Cooking method:
1. Thaw at room temperature and start to fry when about 90% of the food is defrost.
2. Heat the frying pan, pour olive oil, then pan-fry the shrimps for two and a half minutes.
3. Flip the shrimps, pour some olive oil, then pan-fry for another two and a half minutes.
4. Pour sake, turn off the heat and cover the frying pan for 40 seconds.
5. When the shrimps are medium well to well done, put them on the dish and enjoy the delicacy.
Note: The Spanish Giant Scarlet Shrimp is best at its head, pan-fry the whole shrimp during cooking!
