Spanish Galician Dry-Aged Mini Tomahauk Steak
Ingredients:
1. Tomahauk Steak – one piece
2. Adequate amount of olive oil, sea salt and black pepper
Cooking method:
1. After thawing and washing with water,dry the steak with kitchen paper and leave it at room temperature for half an hour
2. Add one teaspoon of olive oil, mix well and wait for fifteen minutes.
3. Before frying, pour sea salt and black pepper.
4. Pan-fry the beef without oil, frying the fat part first. Apply sea salt and black pepper and fry until golden yellow( not exceeding 1 minute).
5. Repeat on another side.
6. Pour sea salt on flanks of both sides, slightly fry and pick up
7. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
8. Bake the steak in oven for 20 minutes until medium to medium well and pick it up.
9. Pan-fry the steaks slightly.
10. Serve the dish.
