Spanish Iberico Ribs Meat

Ingredients:

1. Rib strips – cut into many pieces in the original package

2. Appropriate amount of sea salt and black pepper

Cooking method:

1. After thawing, wash the meat with water, dry with kitchen paper and let it sit at room temperature for half an hour.

2. Before frying, pour a little sea salt and black pepper.

3. Pan-fry the ribs and put on the fat part first. Fry both sides.

4. Pan-fry the first side, pour sea salt and black pepper, fry until golden brown; repeat no another side

5. Slightly fry the flanks

6. After frying for about 5 minutes till 70% cooked, the meat can be picked up.

7. Serve the dish.
