01The octopus is caught in the deep water of 1200 metres underneath . The cold of the ocean depths produces an additional fat layer that makes the meat especially flavorful. After the cleaning , it is cooked in the high temperature water over 120 ºC and then freeze below -18ºC . Vacuum packed in bags and very good in hygiene . Before eating , it should be thawed out to 10-12ºC for serving . The meat is mouth filled with sea water flavours .
